  • Optimisation Consultant

    The Optimisation Consultant is there to create, drive and deliver a conversion optimisation strategy that provides return on investment for our clients using our Lean Convert Delivery Framework.

    Responsibilities include:

    • Create and drive stakeholder alignment and commitment on the Optimisation Goals and Focus for conversion optimisation roadmaps.
    • Create and manage the discovery and concept phase to create an impact map that will help delivery of the contract and ROI
    • Clearly communicate and sell concepts and hypotheses to drive stakeholder buy in and commitment to the optimisation roadmap
    • Regularly inspect and adapt (both on the process and the optimisation roadmap)
    • Drive clear optimisation that sets the delivery team up for success
    • Provide support for accurate requirements gathering and reporting
    • Manage the overall process to ensure timely QBRs, strategy and requirements sessions needed for renewing commitment, alignment towards the goals and enabling pivoting of strategy when needed.
    • Consistently deliver multiple optimisation strategies across clients using Just In Time methodology
    • Write statistically accurate reports for clients that provide meaningful insights and next steps
    • Support Sales team as needed to win new clients
    • Engage and liaise with Vendor Partners to learn about new product launches and build strong relationships with Vendor CSMs

    Experience

    • Must have 2-3 years minimum demonstrable knowledge running optimisation programs
    • Must have working knowledge of at least one of the following tools : Optimizely, Oracle Maxymiser, Adobe Target, Monetate, Dynamic Yield, AB Tasty, VWO, Google Optimize or any other testing platform.
    • Must have working knowledge of Web Analytics Tools and Behavioral Tracking tools
    • Must have clear demonstrable knowledge of the statistical measures and pro’s cons of how to define well run experiments

  • Optimisation Apprentice

    The LeanConvert Optimisation Apprentice role is a 6 month program that trains you to become an Optimisation Consultant at LeanConvert. Making you one of the world's leading practitioners of Conversion Optimisation.

    Our Optimisation Consultants works with some of the world's leading brands (Emirates, Sony PlayStation and Lovehoney to name a few) in creating brilliant user experiences through their digital offerings. We do this through AB testing, Personalisation, design services, analytics services and Lean Transformation.

    Responsibilities include:

    Experience:

    • Training in all aspects of the role is provided but the role best suits those with a background in Mathematics, Sciences, Economics, Business or Marketing, as well as those with experience in UX design, product management and QA.

  • Technical Consultant

    As one of LeanConvert’s Technical Consultants, you will be a part of the leading global team in product and customer experience development. This means you will be working with some of the biggest brands during their most critical times. Past examples include PlayStation 5’s global launch, building a new site for De Beers, and more.

    The Technical Consultant helps drive technology that supports larger optimisation strategies. This is done by implementing A/B tests on various optimisation platforms, integrating campaigns’ data with the analytics tool, developing ad-hoc product solutions, and more.

    Responsibilities include:

    • Working closely with an Optimisation Consultant and the client to evaluate the technical complexity of project requirements and suggest possible technical solutions
    • Being the owner of the construction, implementation, and end-to-end quality assurance for the agreed upon requirements scope
    • Improving internal processes by building small useful tools, such as Terminal apps, Jira add-ons, or Chrome extensions
    • Contributing to the knowledge sharing in the team

    Experience

    • 2+ years of experience developing web applications using HTML, CSS and JS
    • Knowledge of JS and browser APIs
    • Ability to write clean self-explanatory code
    • Ability to explain technical solutions to a non-tech audience
    • Previous experience with optimization (Optimizely, Adobe Target, Oracle Maxymiser, VWO, Google Optimise or other) or analytics platforms (Google or Adobe) is a plus
    • Knowledge of JS frameworks
    • Knowledge of Node.js and AWS / Google Cloud
