Tim is known as the guy who solves problems. Inside of work he's passionate about creating better experiences for clients using lean service principles and outside of work he's all about enjoying experiences with friends.

Self-confessed bookworm and mum of two, Brindusa (or Bri for short) is known for operational efficiency and excellence but it's team wellbeing, professional development and developing lean processes that really get her excited.

Stuart takes on the challenges that no one else wants to touch, finding creative solutions to complex problems (one example includes helping LoveHoney create an interactive sex map!) Outside of work, he spends his time hiking, dog walking, cooking and finding ways to entertain his children on rainy days in Scotland...

Put simply, Stuart's role is to grow LeanConvert so we can keep delivering more value and better experiences in more territories. When he's not doing that, he loves all-things-outdoorsy: sailing, shooting, watching rugby and walking his mischievous golden retriever!
